Hi, I’m Neil — a Kundalini Yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and holistic guide based in Vancouver, B.C.

I help people break self-sabotaging patterns, heal emotional, physical, and energetic blocks, and reconnect with their inner power through pranayama, kriya yoga, and meditation.

My mission is to guide you toward greater clarity, creativity, and vitality—so you can become the most dynamic version of yourself.
I came to this work after facing depression, burnout, and substance abuse.
My health, career, and sense of purpose had hit rock bottom. But through a consistent Kundalini practice, I rewired my nervous system, released limiting beliefs, and tapped into a deep well of energy, connection, inner vision, and self-trust that transformed everything.

My approach blends traditional Kundalini Yoga with strength and mobility training, nervous system regulation, and subtle body awareness (chakras, 10 bodies). You’ll learn how to prepare your physical body, joints, and mind to hold higher frequencies of pranic energy—so your practice becomes sustainable, powerful, and transferable to any form of movement or training.
